One vehicle for the whole group
Splitting a group across two or three cars means waiting for each other, paying separate fares and arriving at different times. A 7/8 seater solves that. Everyone travels together, the driver loads all the bags once, and the group arrives at the same moment, whether that is a terminal, a wedding venue or a restaurant in Kingston town centre.
Luggage with a full car
Space behind the last row shrinks as more seats are used. With seven passengers there is typically room for about five large suitcases and five cabin bags. With eight people on board, space is tighter. If you are a group of eight flying with full-size cases, tell us exactly what you are carrying. It may work better to book this vehicle plus a saloon for the luggage, or a 6 seater taxi plus a saloon.

If you have relatives flying in for a family event, our hotel transfer taxi service can collect the whole group from arrivals and take them to their hotel together. We track the flight, so the driver is waiting when they land.
Booking your 7/8 seater
We have fewer large vehicles than saloons, so please book as early as you can, especially for Friday evenings, bank holidays and the start of school holidays. Give us the exact passenger count and a description of your luggage. Compare all vehicles on our fleet page.
Planning a multi-stop group pick-up
Groups do not always start from one address. We can collect passengers from two or three homes on the way, for example in Norbiton, New Malden and Raynes Park, before heading to the airport. Give us every address and the order you prefer when you book. We will include the stops in your fixed fare and plan the first pick-up time so that nobody is rushed.
