From Kingston to Luton by road
Luton Airport lies north of London in Bedfordshire. From Kingston, the train means getting into central London, taking Thameslink up to Luton Airport Parkway, and then the shuttle to the terminal. It is three stages with bags. By taxi, it is one.
The usual route heads north to the M4 or joins the M25 near Heathrow, runs clockwise up to junction 21, and then follows the M1 north to junction 10 for the airport. The drive is typically 60 to 80 minutes. Traffic between the M40 and M1 junctions is often heavy at rush hour, so we time your pick-up around it.
