Heathrow is on our doorstep
Heathrow is the airport our customers use most, and it is the closest major airport to Kingston. From Norbiton the drive is typically around 30 to 45 minutes, which makes a taxi far quicker than public transport. By rail you would travel into central London or change several times before doubling back west.
Our usual route crosses Kingston Bridge and heads north-west through Hampton or Twickenham towards the A312, reaching the airport's southern edge near Hatton Cross. When those roads are congested, the M3 and M25 give us another way in, especially for Terminal 5 on the western side of the airport.
Know your terminal
Heathrow has four passenger terminals. Terminal 1 closed in 2015.

Departures: when should we pick you up?
For a Heathrow departure we normally suggest leaving Norbiton about three hours before a long-haul flight and two and a half hours before a short-haul one, adjusted for the time of day. Early morning flights before 7am tend to have clear roads, while weekday afternoons on the A316 and M25 can be slow. We will suggest a pick-up time when you book.
Arrivals: flight tracking and meet and greet
When you land, the last thing you want is to hunt for a car. We track every arriving flight, so if you land early or late your driver's arrival time moves with it. With meet and greet, your driver waits in the arrivals hall after customs, holding a board with your name, then walks you to the car park.
The right car for your trip
Couples and solo travellers are well served by a saloon. Families flying long-haul often need extra space for cases, so they choose an estate or our 6 seater taxi. Larger groups should look at the 7 seater taxi. Staying in a local hotel first? Our hotel transfer taxi collects from the lobby.
